Good morning Wednesday, following a nice surprise ending on Tuesday! That final hour of trading is powerful, with real intensity in the final minutes. That was a welcome change from the previous two sessions, in spite of negative market breadth. Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) got credit for the momentum boost with over 14% share gain, after announcing unexpectedly good quarterly results.
